Wallach On Law Featuring Christopher Ochoa

This week Ian Wallach welcomes Christopher Ochoa, who was convicted of rape and murder and incarcerated for 11 years until he was exonerated in 2011.  His conviction was based on a coerced confession, and we will discuss how that process took place.  You will also learn his surprising take on the Criminal Justice system.   Ian Wallach also discusses the Joseph Lamont Walker trial in Annapolis Maryland, the execution of Joseph R. Wood, which was the fourth botched execution of 2014, and the warrant in the Manassas sexting case (and any ramifications).  To listen – click here:  http://www.blogtalkradio.com/wallachlaw/2014/08/03/wallach-on-law-featuring-christopher-ochoa
